Farmers Insurance, District 11, is seeking a full-time bi-lingual recruiter.  Job duties would include recruiting individuals in the hispanic community to the Farmers Agency opportunity.  An ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face.  He or she will be able to learn quickly and work well as part of a team or independently.  This individual should also have strong ties to the hispanic community within the Twin Cities Metro. 

 

Pay will include a base salary plus bonus.  Salary will be comparable to experience.
