Lewis University, located 25 miles SW of Chicago, seeking part-time Assistant Professor to teach 2 language courses per semester and assistant Program Director with student, instructor and program assessment, grant writing, promoting, foreign language instructors, student advising and placement exams, organizing extra-curricular activities promoting global awareness.

Requirements: PhD in Second Language Acquisition or Foreign Language Education; Near-native or native proficiency in Spanish; a record of excellence in undergraduate teaching, experience in proficiency-based instruction and assessment. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency and ability to teach a second foreign language.
