A successful and growing manufacturing company in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas is looking to hire an experienced IT Manager to join its IT team.

What you need for this position:
- 5+ years experience as an IT Manager- preferably in the manufacturing field
- Bachelor's or higher degree in the Information Technology field
- 3+ years experience in WAN/LAN/VPN Networks
- 3+ years experience with VMWARE virtual server environments
- Strong knowledge of VOIP solutions
- Proven ability to supervise an IT team, manage departmental budgets and procurement processes
- Ability to work well with management and the team

What's GREAT to have: ability to speak Spanish fluently!

What you'll be doing:
you will report to the IT Director, and will be responsible for the overall operations of the IT Department. You will be in charge of procuring new technology, new implementations, maintenance of existing technology, preventing interruptions, desktop support, supervision of IT employees, and managing budgets.
