Job Responsibilities : Partners with Supply Chain management and leadership to develop strategies with a specific focus on meeting the needs of multiple manufacturing locations. Oversees, advises and supports the Supply Chain HR Team in the following areas across multiple sites:Organizational DevelopmentContinuous LearningLeadership DevelopmentManagement CoachingEmployee RelationsRecruitment and OrientationPerformance ManagementSafetyDiversity InitiativesIn partnership with other HR Leaders, oversees and develops standard policies, procedures and best practices. Responsible for providing expertise on laws that impact GMCR such as EEO, Workers Compensation, FSLA, OSHA, OWBPA,ADA, ADEA, FMLA and other federal, state, or local regulations. Partners with Continuous Learning to understand and determine development and training needs for each site. Analyzes employment trends and works with Leaders on workforce planning to meet future business needs. Formulates, manages and analyzes the Supply Chain HR Budget. Maintains strict confidence in employment matters. Leads Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives. Advises Leaders and HR Team Members on GMCR Principles, goals, safety guidelines, compliance, and other relevant expectations. Assists the HR Corporate Team in implementing new policies and practices.
Job Requirements : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Masters degree or equivalent preferred. Ten plus years of Human Resources Management experience in a Manufacturing setting preferred. Experience supervising multi-site locations. Senior Professional in Human Resources certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide joint leadership, sometimes to individuals working in separate locations. Ability to regularly travel for business and work a flexible schedule as needed. Ability to motivate and influence the work of others. Ability to uphold Safety standards, participate in Continuous Process Improvement on the job, and follow our Manufacturing Best Practices. Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions. Ability to follow GMCR policies and procedures as well as our Operating principles.
