Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Initiate proactive sales calls to customers to generate parts sales of all Goss products in order to maximize revenue and achieve individual and department sales targets.
Consistent customer calls to develop and maintain customer relations, obtain equipment information, solicit customer feedback and generate additional parts sales. Make customer visits as required.
Create proposals for the sale of Obsolete and Overstocked parts to potential users.
Provide pricing quotes availability and shipping information to customer.
Receive and handle internal and external customer calls; determine urgency of customer need.
Identify correct parts from customer description using mechanical assembly, machining drawings, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams along with the Parts Research Team.
Respond to customer parts requirements by identifying parts and expediting them through Operations to meet customer's needs.
Enter orders into SAP system; advise customer of changes in delivery or other problems that occur and review orders for accuracy requiring an understanding of shipping methods and order entry system.
Follow-up on orders through purchasing and inventory management systems; expedite through Production Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing or Engineering.
Respond to customer off-hours emergencies on a rotating basis with the other members of the Goss Parts Team; process call to Service or initiate parts order and coordinate with Shipping to meet customer requirements.
Respond to customer requests for credit, parts returns, errors or warranty by issuing and processing Return Authorizations. Follow-up on open Customer Service Requests.
Research recommended spare parts lists for new products to support Company and customer on-hand inventory.
High school plus additional training equal to 2 years of college in an electrical and/or mechanical discipline
Working knowledge of SAP Management System; order entry including shipping methods systems
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge and use of Research tools
Knowledge of technical printing operations and products
Able to navigate bills of material and read detail and assembly drawings
Minimum 3 years prior customer service experience
Ability handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, dealing with critical situations
Fluency in Spanish required.
