CannonDesign has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Architect/Project Manager to join out Health Care practice in our Boston office.
We are seeking a candidate who excels at all phases of design and has a depth of experience on Health Care projects. This position requires the ability to actively develop client relationships while capturing and communicating key client goals and metrics to ensure design positively impacts the client's business performance. The successful candidate will work as part of multi-disciplinary team, providing support in the proposal, planning and conceptual design phases as well as through Construction Documentation. An outstanding creative design portfolio is essential, as are strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Key responsibilities for the Project Manager position will include leading and engaging with clients and teams in delivering services to creatively solve problems, and building long-term relationships to secure new business. The successful candidate will possess strong skills managing design processes in a multi-office collaborative environment, strong team building, and demonstrated record in successful contractual, financial, quality and cost control management.
This opportunity requires 5-8 years of Health Care project experience on mid-to-large scale projects. Experience in leading teams utilizing BIM applications, Revit skills preferred. BArch or MArch required and MBA desirable. Architectural registration strongly preferred.
