Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.

The Customer Support Consultant will interact with other team members of similar focus to ensure consistency across products /disciplines and share knowledge within team and cross functional teams.

Please note this position will be based out of our Houston, TX office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• CSR will handle day to day customer issues, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary
• Analysis of complex issues, build and maintain SQL scripts
• Focus on improving customer satisfaction
• Work with Global Customer Support management to adhere to or improve support processes
• Provide additional, valued added services to our customers such as Classroom training, one on one training, or fee based support services
• Will participate in on-site Customer visits
• Perform software testing of product Releases or Service Packs
• Will participate in Customer User Group meetings / presentations
   

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word skills
• SQL skills will be an asset
• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish Strongly Preferred

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors Degree
