Provide construction administration support on specific projects including maintenance of RFI and submittal logs. Receive, log and route all submittals and RFIs. Maintain logs and produce status reports. Set new projects in Primavera and enter all pertinent information.
We are seeking professionals with a minimum two years experience; strong communication, organizational, time management, and teaming skills. Must be able to multi-task, and prioritize tasks in order to meet project deadlines. Construction Administration experience a plus. Must have strong capabilities in MSWord, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Newforma and Primavera desired. Associates degree preferred.
